Hello and welcome to our blog.

Here you'll find blog posts, including ones going all the way back to February 2021, when we first began under a different name: Love and Above Cat Club.

'Cat Club' was built around supporting "self-care for cat lovers." But over time, we noticed that the people who found us were not only cat lovers. They were also Highly Sensitive People, just like Siena our co-founder is. Deep feeling, perceptive, and running on empty in a world that doesn't understand us. 

In 2026, after truly life-altering events (cancer and a career change among them), we decided to evolve 'Cat Club' to focus specifically on Highly Sensitive People.

We changed our name to Love and Above Wellness, and kept the cat in our logo.

We still believe that, as sensitive creatures themselves, cats are not only among an HSP’s most trusted companions, but a great symbol of 'the art of sensitive living.'

We honor our 'cat lover’ legacy through support of Mission Meow, a non-profit making lasting transformations for cats in need. 

Today, Love and Above Wellness exists for HSPs and how we’re wired. Simple, beautiful rituals, that are easy, enjoyable, and evidence-based.
