Hi, nice to meet you!

We're Siena and Toast.

We’re the humans behind Love & Above Wellness: partners in life and love for more than 25 years, and two people who have spent most of those years creating things together.

We met as singer-songwriters in 2001, and since then our shared life has woven together music, animals, wellness, creativity, nature, and a whole lot of cats.

Siena is a longtime flower essence practitioner and the HSP of the relationship; Toast is the non-HSP, nature-restoring, ecophilosophy, evolutionary psychology- reading other half.

Love & Above Wellness is the culmination of so much of what we’ve lived, learned, loved, and created together.
